Community has played such an important part in Dante’s story that giving back has always felt natural.
Over the years, we’ve supported numerous local charities and fundraising initiatives, with causes supporting women holding a particularly special place in our hearts.
Sometimes that’s through fundraising, sometimes through donations and sometimes it’s simply using the Dante community to help bring attention to a cause that deserves it.

Dante Wellness FAQ
Unfortunately, we don’t have a dedicated couples’ treatment room at Dante – but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some Dante time together!
We regularly have couples or friends booked for individual massages or facials at the same time, followed by manicures or pedicures seated together in our Nail Lounge or Nail Bar. It’s a lovely way to combine a little relaxation with some time together afterwards.
If you’re planning a Dante date, let our Front of House team know when booking and we’ll help coordinate your appointments as closely as possible.
Although Dante is definitely somewhere to relax, unwind and enjoy a little pampering, we’re primarily a professional beauty salon rather than a day spa.
This means we don’t have additional spa facilities such as a sauna, steam room or swimming pool. What we do have is an extensive treatment menu, seven treatment rooms, our Nail Lounge and Nail Bar – and a team ready to look after you!
Yes! There is underground parking available within The Piazza Da Luz, the centre where Dante is located. From the underground parking levels, there are lifts that will bring you up to the First Floor where you’ll find us.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, along with PayFast and SnapScan payment links where applicable.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept American Express.

We love rewarding clients who choose to purchase their professional homecare and beauty products directly through Dante.
For every R100 spent on retail products, you’ll receive R5 credit which can be put towards a future purchase at Dante.
It’s our little way of saying thank you for supporting a local business while continuing your treatment journey at home.
If you’re settling in for a longer visit, please speak to our Front of House team about the refreshments available during your appointment. If you’re feeling peckish, there are also several food options within and around Piazza Da Luz, and our team can advise you on what’s convenient during your visit.
Absolutely – and they make such a lovely gift!
You have two options.
Our Digital Gift Cards can be purchased directly through our website and emailed automatically to you or the lucky person receiving it – even outside working hours. They’re perfect for those “I’m literally on my way to the birthday dinner and haven’t bought a present” moments.
Or, if you’d like something beautiful to physically hand over, visit Dante for one of our in-salon Gift Cards. These are handwritten and beautifully presented with an envelope, ribbon, tissue paper and gift bag.

Yay for a celebration! We absolutely love hosting groups at Dante.
We don’t offer fixed party packages because every group is different. Instead, each guest chooses the treatments they’d like and we work out the logistics around your group size, timings and treatment choices.
You simply arrive, enjoy yourselves and each person pays for the treatments they receive.
For larger groups or celebrations, contact office@dantewellness.co.za and we’ll help coordinate everything for you.
We completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes change.
We do, however, have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice, or appointments where a client doesn’t arrive, may be charged in full.
We’re a small, service-based business and an appointment isn’t simply a space in a diary – it’s time specifically reserved with one of our therapists or nail technicians.
Given enough notice, we have a much better chance of offering that appointment to another client. So while we’ll always understand that unexpected things happen, we kindly ask our clients to respect our team’s time just as we respect yours.

You can call our Front of House team on 021 434 1011, WhatsApp message us on 066 365 7118 during working hours, email info@dantewellness.co.za, or book directly through our online booking platform where you can select your treatment, preferred therapist or nail technician, date and time.
If you’re unsure what to book or have a special request, please contact us directly – we’d much rather help you choose correctly than have you trying to figure it all out yourself!
Absolutely – if we have availability.
Dante can get very busy and we’re often booked ahead, so we always recommend calling or WhatsApping before making the trip.
Our appointment books change throughout the day, though, so it’s always worth asking. A cancellation might just create the perfect little Dante gap for you!
Yes. There are two lifts from the underground parking levels which will take you up to the First Floor of Piazza Da Luz, where you’ll find Dante.
We’ll always do everything we reasonably can to give you your complete treatment.
However, if your therapist or nail technician has another client booked directly afterwards and we can’t rearrange things, we may need to shorten your treatment while still charging the full appointment price.
That’s why we recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before your appointment, particularly if it’s your first visit.
