And that care extends to our team too, because we firmly believe that people who feel supported, valued and encouraged to grow are able to give their best to others.

There’s a wonderful “sisterhood” within our team, but that sense of community extends far beyond the people who work here.

It’s in the friendships formed at the nail bar. The familiar faces we’ve seen every few weeks for years. The generations of families who visit us. The local businesses and charities we’ve supported. And the new client who walks through our doors for the first time and very quickly doesn’t feel quite so new anymore.

Dante wouldn’t be Dante without its community.

Education has become one of the foundations of Dante. We continually invest in training with our professional brand partners and external industry experts so that our therapists continue developing their skills and understanding as treatments, products and technologies evolve. 

Every nail technician and therapist joining Dante has already completed formal training through an accredited academy or beauty college. From there, the learning continues. MAKE A

Because in an industry that’s constantly changing, we don’t believe you ever reach the point where you know everything.

Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been coming to Dante for 15 years, we want you to recognise the same level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.

That’s why training, protocols, communication and teamwork matter so much behind the scenes.

You may not see all of it.

But hopefully you feel it.

There’s always a new ingredient, product, treatment or viral trend promising to completely transform something.

We don’t believe our job is to follow all of them.
Our job is to understand them, question them and decide whether they’re genuinely right for our clients.

Sometimes we’ll recommend a treatment.
Sometimes we’ll suggest something completely different.
And sometimes we’ll tell you that you don’t need the treatment at all.
